		abstract={This study aims to prove the effect of moderating role in the strategy to the relationship of intellectual capital and firm performance. This study uses Resource Based View (RBV), contingency, intellectual capital, firm performance. The population in this study are all consumer goods industry companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Samples were determined by using purposive sampling technique. The research sample obtained 75 firm. Data analysis techniques used are Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hypothesis testing using moderation regression analysis with SPSS ver. 21.0. The results of this study is strategy proved to be able to moderate the relationship between intellectual captal to firm performance.
