		abstract={The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of profitability, Institutional Ownership, foreign ownership and leverage to dividend policy. This study uses is Agency Theory and signaling Theory. The population is companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange, then the sample is Trade Service & Investment company with 65 sample. The data analysis is multiple regression analysis to know the effect of profitability, Institutional Ownership, foreign ownership and leverage to
dividend policy. The result showed that profitability and leverage have significant affect to dividend policy, then Institutional Ownership and foreign ownership does not affect.
