		abstract={This study aims to determine whether the growth opportunity variable has an influence on hedging decisions on manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The theory used in this study is Contingency Theory. The population is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017, while the sample is manufacturing companies that have complete annual reports and do not have negative equity with a total sample of 425 company data. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression to determine the effect of growth opportunity on hedging decisions. The results of the research obtained indicate that the growth opportunity variable has no significant positive effect on hedging decisions in the keyword manufacturing sector companies.
