The theory used in this study is the theory of perception. The population is accounting students in Palembang, while the sample is accounting students from Sriwijaya University, Musi Charitas Unika, University of Bina Darma, Sriwijaya National Polytechnic, STIE MDP, University of Palembang, Tridinanti University, PGRI University, Muhammadiyah University Palembang, University of Indo Global Mandiri with the number of samples is 100 respondents. The data analysis used multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of gender, religiosity and love of money variables on ethical perceptions of tax evasion in accounting students. The results obtained showed that gender and religiosity variables influence the ethical perceptions of tax evasion on accounting students, while the variable love of money attitude has no effect.
