The population in this study is hotel industry in Palembang. Sample were determined using purposive sampling method. The research sample is obtained by 23 hotels with 76 respondens. Mediation Regression Analysis using Causal Step Strategy is being used in this research. The result showed that the relation between job satisfication on managerial performance is being partialy mediated by organizational commitment.
