		abstract={ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to test the influence of internet financial reporting, the level of disclosure of website information toward the stock prices. The population in this research is the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange years 2014-2016. Sample set by using purposive sampling method, so that a sample of the research obtained as many as 132 companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis method with the help of the program SPSS version 22. 
The results showed that the first hypothesis (H1) states that internet financial reporting has a negative effect on stock prices.. The second hypothesis (H2) stated that the level of diclosure of website information positively effect the stock price
