This study uses Resource Based View (RBV), Total Quality Management (TQM), managerial performance, and organizational commitment. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling method. The population in this study are all 3, 4, and 5 star hotel managers in Palembang city. Samples obtained by 52 respondents middle level hotel managers. Hypothesis testing using regression analysis method of moderation with the help of SPSS ver.23. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment is not able to moderate the relationship between Total Quality Management (TQM) and managerial performance.
