This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and personal conflict variables on employee productivity at PT. The Core of the Work. The type of research in this study is a case study. The population in this study are employees of PT. Sinar Inti Karya Palembang. The sample used in this study were 68 people. The sampling technique used is accidental. The analysis technique in this research uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the research obtained that partially the work motivation variable has a significant positive effect on PT. Sinar Inti Karya Palembang. For the personal conflict variable has a negative effect on the productivity of PT. Sinar Inti Karya Palembang. In the results of the F test, it was found that the variables of work motivation and personal conflict had a significant effect on the productivity of PT. Sinar Inti Karya Palembang. The results of the determination coefficient test also found that 63.7% of work motivation and personal conflict variables were able to explain employee productivity variables while the remaining 36.3% of employee productivity variables could be explained by variables other than the variables in this study.
