The data was collected by distributing questionnaires with purposive sampling.Samples used in this study are sales manager with 61 total samples. The method analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. From the result of multiple regression analysis, performance measurement system and TQM have no significant influence dan reward system and TQM have no significant influence to the managerial performance.
