The object of this study is the contract employees star hotels in the city of Palembang as many as 100 people. The variables studied in detail are job insecurity (X1), job stress (X2) as the independent variable and turnover intention (Y) as the dependent variable. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that job insecurity had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention of hotel employees in the city of Palembang. While work stress has no effect on turnover intention of hotel employees in the city of Palembang, it means that work stress can be managed well by hotel employees in the city of Palembang so that work stress does not affect turnover intention.
