The theory used in this research is consumer behavior theory. The population is owners of food court tenants in Palembang who do sales promotions during the pandemic, while the sample is data taken from food court tenants in Palembang who do sales promotions during the pandemic. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling technique with the number of samples in this study was 107 respondents. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, T test, and determination test. Hypothesis testing using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this state that promotional costs have a positive effect on the sales volume of food and beverages during the pandemic at the food court in Palembang.
