Results: The results showed that most of the respondents had good knowledge (43.8%), good attitude (54.8%) and adequate prevention efforts (52.1%). Data analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and prevention efforts (p= 0.006) and a relationship between attitudes and prevention efforts (p= 0.000). Logistic regression usually showed no significant effect on the prevention of asthma relapse (?= 0.742; p= 0.128) while there was a significant effect on the prevention of asthma relapse (?= 2.623; p= 0.000). Simultaneously, knowledge and attitudes contribute to joint relapse prevention efforts, gender and education show a simultaneous effect of R2 = 0.470 (47%). In addition, a significant indirect effect was also found between knowledge on prevention efforts through attitudes (LLCI = 0.0855; ULCI = 0.3746). Suggestion: Respondents can improve the prevention of asthma recurrence that has been done in order to maintain health and improve quality of life.
