		abstract={The demands of human life, both fundamental and non-staple, are expanding in tandem with the growth of the times. Clothing is one of the most important human necessities, as indicated by its ranking as the second largest contributor in Indonesia, with a strong interest in both online and offline purchasing. Of course, there is the impact of the significant quantity of waste in the garment sector as a result of a lack of facilities for collecting clothes that are fit for use but do not pass the production test. So Palembang Factory Outlet is a site or activity aimed for people who wish to purchase for export apparel in order to decrease clothing waste. An outdoor park, a playground, and a café are among the amenities. These facilities are housed in two distinct building masses. Palembang Factory Outlet development provides various advantages, including a location to congregate with family, recreation together, and a place to shop in order to mingle with others.
