		abstract={Damai Factory is a factory that produces building materials such as paving blocks, bricks, losters, and other building materials. The problem with this factory is the paving block product which is caused by several problems classified into several factors, namely the raw material factor being poorly sorted, the machine where there is no maintenance schedule, and the human faktor being less disciplined at work. This results in Defectives that occur, namely the types of broken Defectives (55.06%) and cracks (44.94%). Thus, improvements were made in order to reduce the number of Defectiveive products with the quality control system method or often known as the Quality Control Circle (QCC) method with eight steps of improvement and the application of Seven tools in it. The results showed that the number of Defectives decreased, the number of Defectives before repair with a total production of 30313 with a disability percentage of 6.12%, then after repair with a total production of 30345 with a disability percentage of 4.39%, indicating that the percentage of Defectives decreased by 1.73%.}
