Based on observations and interviews, income at the Natuna Bag and Suitcase Shop has decreased over a certain period of time. The highest income in 2021 is IDR 187,650,000, -, while before the Covid 19 pandemic, the highest income was up to IDR 250,000,000. This is due to various faktors such as many consumers turning to online shops, sales relying on one source of income, marketing only covers areas South Sumatra. So that a new strategy is needed at the Natuna Bag and Suitcase Shop in order to increase income and increase marketing. The strategies used at the Natuna Bag and Suitcase Store are the Business Model Canvas, SWOT and QSPM methods to produce sales strategies such as explaining the advantages of goods being sold, ordering goods according to current trends, increasing trust, utilizing variations of goods to be uploaded on social media and e-commerce, increasing sales by opening an online shop, selling unique and different goods on the market, increasing the variety of goods to reach a wider range of customers, stabilizing prices for retail buyers, seeking adequate and competent human resources, increasing trust with suppliers, improving the location of goods .
