The mental workload received by the store delivery person is high. This is due to several factors, including external factors (congestion, activity waiting for goods to be transported, fuel costs, size and number of goods) and internal factors (age, motivation, enthusiasm). This study intends to measure the mental workload of goods delivery before and after implementation. , then the implementation of a zoning policy and rotation of delivery hours at Damai Motor Shops in order to reduce the fuel costs incurred by the store and the mental workload of delivery people in order to achieve the store's delivery target number (15-20 locations). The method used is NASA ? TLX. There are 30 respondents who have been selected in this study with details of 10 motorbike delivery drivers, 10 delivery drivers using L300 pickup vehicles and 10 delivery vehicles using future carry vehicles. The results showed that before the implementation of the mental workload of motorbike delivery (69.13), L300 (69.70), Carry Futura (68.90) while after the implementation of the motorbike delivery mental workload (59.06), L300 (58.80), and carry futura (58.13). The increase in productivity of delivery people can be seen from the achievement of the number of delivery of goods from 12 locations to 17 locations. and fuel cost efficiency from IDR 1,930,000 to IDR1,853,000.
