		abstract={Technology exists to provide convenience to a problem faced by the community. One of the most popular technology by mobile phone users today are SMS (Short Message Service). By using this SMS facility can be built an application with SMS-based reminder service. The choice of communication technology in the form of SMS is due to more practical, fast and efficient way to convey information about motorcycle service schedule customer service reminder system compared with that done manually.
Interactive SMS-based reminder service has a function as a conduit of information about motorcycle service schedule and reminding customers to service the bike. SMS sent by the system after performing the processing of keywords that have been submitted by customers and which automatically sends a message to customers that have not made repeated service motorcycle.}
