The importance of interpersonal communication by teachers, one of which is the teacher can motivate students to be enthusiastic in learning so that learning objectives can be achieved properly. The purpose of this study was to fine out the relationship between interpersonal communication and student learning motivation during the Face-to-Face Learning Transition (PTM). This study used a quantitative research method. The subjects in this study were students in grades V ? VI SD Xaverius 3 Palembang in the academic year 2021/2022. The research sample was 100 respondents with the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. Data were collected using a scale in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson Product Moment correlation which was carried out in the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that H1 is accepted and H2 is rejected, which means that there is a positive relationship between interpersonal communication and student learning motivation. The higher the interpersonal communication, the higher the students' learning motivation during the Face-to-Face Learning Transition (PTM).
