		abstract={This study was conducted to determine the effect of compensation and work shifts on employee performance at the Hotel Agro Wisata Bintan. The data used in this research is primary data. The population in this study were all employees at the Hotel Agro Wisata Bintan. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling and obtained a number of 54 employees. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Hotel Agro Wisata Bintan and the variable work shift has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Hotel Agro Wisata Bintan.
