		abstract={This research has a purpose to determine the effect of work life balance on employee job satisfaction PT. Kumala Jaya Lestari Palembang. The population used in this research were 57 people. The technique used is Saturated Sample Technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis using SPPS version 20. The result of this research indicate that work life balance variable influence to job satisfaction of employee of PT. Kumala Jaya Lestari Palembang. This research can be useful as a reference for further research.
