The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of sense, feel, think, and act on customer satisfaction at Jaya Mandiri Diesel Shop in Palembang. In this study involving 100 customers of Toko Jaya Mandiri selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires while the analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that sense, feel, think and act influence partially or simultaneously to customer satisfaction of Toko Jaya Mandiri Diesel in Palembang. In testing the coefficient of determination also found that the variables sense, feel, think and act able to explain customer satisfaction variable of 82.7%.
