		abstract={?Bangka 56? company is one type of small and medium enterprises which produce special foods from Palembang and those are ?kerupuk? and ?kemplang?. These foods are distributed to Palembang, some places outside Palembang and abroad. The process production of ?kemplang? has problem on its star shape. This problem occured because almost the process production is done traditionally, manually by hand. The molding machine is made to decrease the disadvantage and weakness of ?kemplang?. This machine is designed to make the shape and it?s relevant with the condition on ?Bangka 56? company. The machine is designed based on employee?s anthropometry and the dimension of the machine is 48 cm x 21,5 cm x 120,5 cm. This research see how the work progress before and after using the printing machine. Respondent of this research is 15 people. The result of implementation this machine is  decreasing calorie load 27,44 kkal/hour, and increasing the productivity 22,62%. So this molding machine is suitable to be implementated on ?Bangka 56? company.}
