Population in this research is consumer or internet user IndiHome Palembang city. The sample of this study is the consumers who install or order IndiHome directly. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method of 100 respondents. The test is done by using SPSS Ver 17. In this research have fulfilled the requirements of validity, reliability, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multiple regression analysis and t test and path analysis test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of ethical behavior of salespeople to consumer loyalty mediated by trust and commitment IndiHome consumers in the city of Palembang.
