This research was conducted to find the correlation between resilience and work stress in employees. This research was conducted at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Cab. Soekarno Hatta Palembang with 81 respondents. The sampling technique in this research was measured using Sampling Insidental technique. Research data was collected by using a resilience scale with a reliability of 0.882 and a work stress scale with a reliability of 0.816. Statistical analysis that used to test hypotheses was correlation nonparametric Spearman?s rho with program software Statistic Package Social Science (SPSS) 25.0 version for windows. Based on the result of data analysis, a correlation coefficient of 0,219 with significance = 0,050; (p < ? 0,05) which means that there is no significant relationship between the resilience and work stress in employees. The higher the resilience, the higher the work stress of employees.
