		abstract={This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline on the performance of the
employees of PT Thamrin Brothers Indrapura. This research uses a type of
research that is study. This study took a population of 70 employees from PT
Thamrin Brothers Indrapura. Samples are determined using the saturated side
method with sampling when all members of the population are used. Data
collection methods used are by distributing questionnaires. Hypothesis testing
uses simple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS program version 17.
The results showed that the first hypothesis (H1) states that the effect of work
discipline has a positive effect on the performance of the employees of PT
Thamrin Brothers Indrapura.
