This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy and earnings management on stock prices by focusing on LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2019-2021. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 84 samples consisting of 28 companies. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that dividend policy and earnings management have no effect on stock prices.
