		abstract={ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of family involvement and gender diversity on IPO underpricing. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study included all companies that carried out an IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 ? 2021. The sampling selection method used was purposive sampling method and a total sample of 197 companies was obtained. The analytical tool used in this study was the multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that family involvement and gender diversity have no effect on IPO underpricing.}
