		abstract={Analysis of factors influencing commercial business in Palembang. In order to build a four-star hotel using green architecture, this study was conducted to assess the variables that can support these activities. The analytical. technique used in this research uses analytical descriptive. methodology, collects, analyzes, and draws conclusions from relevant data related to the problem (what problem). Primary. and. secondary data were collected. for this data collection. The findings show that the collaboration of entrepreneurs across regions, cities, and even islands continues to grow every year, which in turn causes industrial factors to increase. This hotel serves as a bridge and alternative way to showcase the culture and beauty of Palembang, therefore it is also a place where visitors and business people can rest and do business. Therefore, the hotel offers complete and modern facilities and buildings that provide a sense of comfort, calm, peace, and environmental friendliness to support these activities, attract tourists both from within and outside the city, and provide satisfaction.
