		abstract={ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the implementation of target costing and social media on the continuity of culinary business in Palembang City. The population in this study is culinary business in Palembang City. The sample in this study was a culinary business owner in Palembang City, with a total sample of 111. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of the research obtained show that the variables of target costing and social media affect business continuity.
