In ergonomics this organization can be seen regarding communication in the work environment, the design work time. This research will discuss the calculation of productivity, cycle time, normal time, standard time, calorie needs and labor requirements. In this research, the initial observation, then look at the problem in the industry, and then implement organizational design to solve problems.
