		abstract={ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the influence of self control and cyberloafing behavior on the performance of millennial  generation barista employees. The population in this study were barista employees. The sample of this study was 105 respondents who had fulfiled the predetermined criteria using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that self control affect the performance of millennial generation barista employees, but cyberloafing behavior has no affect on the performance of millennial generation barista employees.}
