The theory used in this research is goal setting theory. The data used is primary data. The population in this study were all 3 to 5 star hotels in the city of Palembang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 21 hotels with a total of 55 respondents. Hypothesis submission is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and total quality management have a significant positive effect on managerial performance and work motivation has no effect on managerial performance.
