		abstract={ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work motivation, and total quality management (TQM) on managerial performance of hotels in the city of Palembang. The theory used in this research is goal setting theory. The data used is primary data. The population in this study were all 3 to 5 star hotels in the city of Palembang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 21 hotels with a total of 55 respondents. Hypothesis submission is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and total quality management have a significant positive effect on managerial performance and work motivation has no effect on managerial performance.
