		abstract={ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage and free cash flow on dividend policy in infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange with a research period of 2017-2021. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study is an infrastructure company listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling method and obtained 14 companies with a total of 70 samples. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: leverage has no effect on dividend policy and free cash flow has a positive effect on dividend policy.
