Quality, quantity, timeliness, and cost effectiveness can all be used to assess employee performance. Enhancing staff performance requires using the proper leadership style. The goal of this study was to ascertain whether or not a leader's style had an impact on a team's productivity. This study employs a causal associative quantitative research methodology. 100 people from CV Trikarya Utama were the sample size for this study. Employing a convenience sampling technique to sample the population. Descriptive analysis, normality testing, Kruskal Wallis testing, and Spareman's Rho testing are all of data analysis approaches in this research. The result of this research, there is not only a moderate link between leadership style and employee performance, but also a large divergence between leadership style and employee performance. The better the leadership style, the better the company's employees will perform. In comparison to other leadership styles, the moralist leadership style has the highest average score out of the four. Keywords: Perception, Leadership Style, Employee Performance.} }
