		abstract={Information technology governance is an inseparable part of activities in managing the company. The importance of the role of Information Technology in various aspects of the company makes it necessary for companies to carry out corporate IT governance. CV Jakaharta is one of the companies that has implemented IT in its company management activities. CV Jakaharta realizes the importance of using IT in the company's business processes. Some of the IT services used at CV Jakaharta include Prodon (sales, purchase, transfer, export and import information system), Fingerprint (employee attendance service) and Attedance Management (employee payroll service). The problem in this case study is that at CV Jakaharta IT governance has never been carried out and there are several obstacles in IT services. In this case study, we will use the COBIT 5.0 framework with the Delivery, Service, and Support (DSS) domain on the DSS03 and DSS04 sub domains. By utilizing the COBIT 5.0 framework, the results of the evaluation of information technology governance have the aim of improving IT services. The results of the DSS03 (Manage Problems) and DSS04 (Manage Continuity) processes in the COBIT 5.0 framework that the company currently achieves are level 0 incomplete processes with an average value of 25% (Partially Achieved) for the DSS03 (Manage Problems) process and the average value 14% (Not Achieved) for the DSS04 (Manage Continuity) process with a gap of 1 level.
