		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of debt policy and free cash flow on dividend policy by focusing on the food and beverage sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with research period in 2018-2021. The data used in this research are secondary data. The population in this study are food and beverage sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling selection method used was purposive sampling and obtained 40 companies with total of 116 samples. The results of this research showed that debt policy has no effect on dividend policy and the free cash flow has a positive effect on dividend policy.}
