		abstract={ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance. This research is a quantitative research with primary data types, namely by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Catur Putra Manggala where the sample in this study amounted to 57 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression, which was processed using the SPSS 23 program. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the variables of compensation and work discipline have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Manggala Son Chess
