		abstract={ABSTRACT

This research was conducted to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee commitment at Hotel Batiqa Palembang. The data ussed in this study are Primary and Secondary. The population in this study were all employees at Hotel Batiqa Palembang. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling and obtained a total of 55 employees. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment at Hotel Batiqa Palembang and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee commitment at Hotel Batiqa Palembang.
