This study aims to determine the effect of stock splits and financial performance
on stock returns in companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange by
focusing on companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data used is
secondary data. The population in this study are companies listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was the purposive
sampling method and 34 samples were obtained using the 2019-2022 observation
period. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The
results of this study indicate that the stock split and price to earning ratio have no
effect on stock returns. Earning per share and return on assets affect stock
returns.
