The population is coffee shop employees in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was Non Probability Sampling and Purposive Sampling. The sample criteria in this study were coffee shop employees who had worked for at least 3 months with a sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are offline questionnaire distribution and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that the job satisfaction variable has no significant effect on turnover intention and the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention of coffee shop employees in Palembang City.
