If before the examination the patient performs physical activity, there will be a transfer of body fluids in the blood vessels. This study aims to determine the difference between creatinine levels before and after mild and moderate intensity physical activity Metode : this study was a pre-experimental research design with one grup pretest and posttest using an accidental sampling technique. The research subjects used students of the FIKES UKMC. In this study the research subject were 35 people. The research subjects were taken blood as much as 4 ml, 2 ml before and 2 ml after physical activity with moderate intensity andgiven treatment up and down stairs. Then the blood samples were check the BioSystem A15 tool which had been tested by the first verification method. Result : the result showed that there was no significant change in light and moderate intensity physical activity both before and after physical activity. The test results used were the wilcoxon signed rank test which showed that there was no significant difference in creatinine levels before and after mild intensiity physical activity with p= 0,257 and moderate with p= 0,414 with a 95% confidence level. Conclusion: based on this research, it can be concluded that there is no difference in creatinine levels before and after doing light and moderate intensity physical activity, which means the hypothesis is rejected.} }
