		abstract={In a school environment there are many different characters of students. They are not the same, there are students who are obedient and submissive to the teacher, there is always make teacher angry or irritated, there are diligent and there are lazy. Strict school rules do not make students fear but rather the students felt lazy to learn. This research was carried out for about a month. Research is qualitative research, so data analysis is a qualitative descriptive analysis.
