		abstract={This research is the activity analysis of the distribution procedures and the effectiveness of charity fund distribution system, with the title Information System of Distribution of Zakat Funds, Infaq And Shadaqah On Institute Amil Zakat (the study of Amil Zakat in Malang).  
Goal of this research is to know the procedures that the distribution of charity funds applied Amil Zakat Institution in Malang and effective implementation of the procedure is the distribution of charity funds.  
This research data processed by using descriptive method. Data obtained from respondents in the group to get the right interpretation. This study focused only on the stage of the procedure and distribution of zakat funds effective application of zakat fund distribution procedures.  
Results of this research indicate that the funds collected and distributed Amil Zakat Institution in Malang donator derived from fixed and not fixed, and the funds collected is zakat, infaq, shadaqah, and charitable grants. Involved in the distribution process is the administration, the 
distribution and accounting section. Evidence used is the transaction receipt or note and report the receipt of the report is made and the expenditure of funds.  Based on the research above, the authors concluded that the phase distribution of charity funds include; collection - survey - distribution - assistance - evaluation. In organizations there is a separation of operational functions that describe the implementation of the system is good.
