Further, it is to know the effect of motivator and hygiene factors on employees’ job satisfaction in Panca Hidayah Cooperation of Tulungagung and also to know which factor having the most dominant effect on employees’ job satisfaction in Panca Hidayah Cooperation of Tulungagung. Utility of the research to be achieved is, specifically for the company, it can be used as a consideration material to solve problems in making decisions, particularly concerned to motivator and hygiene factors’ effect on employees’ job satisfaction. Analysis instrument used in this research is scale span and double regression linear. Based on the mean calculation result of scale span, it can be known that motivator and hygiene factors on operational employees in Panca Hidayah Cooperation of Tulungagung included in high category. Job satisfaction on operational employees in Panca Hidayah Cooperation of Tulungagung included in satisfy category. Collectively, motivator and hygiene factors have significant effect on operational employees in Panca Hidayah Cooperation of Tulungagung. From the regression coefficient results, it is proven that factor of motivator has the bigger effect on job satisfaction of employees in Panca Hidayah Cooperation of Tulungagung than hygiene factor. Some suggestions can be submitted in this research. They are: it is expected that the company can maintain the existed motivator and hygiene factors that is by keep maintaining the work circumstance in the company. The real effort, which can be done, is by giving opportunity for the employee to improve their own capability in the hope that they can meet the determined work target. It is expected that the company gives acceptance on the performance achieved by employees in the hope that it can improve job satisfaction in the company. If the condition is achieved, the employee will be more motivated in doing their job. It is expected that the cooperation management always gives a guarantee on the reward of job performed by employee by giving either an appropriate salary or reasonable position and facilities.
