		abstract={Analysis Factors That Motivate Students Part Time In Malang University Of Muhammadiyah. This study was designed to identify factors that motivate students to work as part time at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Factors that are used based on the theory. The factors consist of salary, working relations, experience, and association. Hypothetical asked is: a. Salary suspected factors, workplace relations, experience, and the association is the factors that motivate students to work as part time at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. b. Experience is a suspected factor in the main factors motivating students to work as part time at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Technique used is the questionnaire technique. Test results show the validity and
reliability that all the instrument in its entirety is a valid and reliable to be used to measure the object of research that has been set. Analysis tool used is the analysis of factors. Based on the calculation of all known factors that motivate students part time. Succession is working relations (X2) with the same association (x4) (networking) with a loading factor of 0.933, the (X3) with a loading factor of 0.930, and Salaries (X1) with a loading factor of 0.910. Suggestions received as a final conclusion of this research is from the University should be more attention to more factors that motivate students to work part time, so that will make students more vibrant in the work in the units part time at the Muhammadiyah University in Malang.}
