		abstract={Pondok Itikaf Jama'ah ngaji Lelaku, Lawang, is one place to learn and understand the Islamic religion, background students like him who has a black background, such as former gangsters, gamblers, drunks, people who have problems of life and people who want to learn religion but have limitations in Arabic. How students study religion, namely by trying to understand the verses of Holy Koran and the hadith, one of his understanding that believes salat congregation accompanied by translations of his people, this is incompatible with Islamic laws and regulations. The purpose of this study to determine (1) why the subject interested in joining the Cottage Itikaf Jama'ah ngaji Lelaku, Lawang, (2) psychological factors that cause students Cottage Itikaf Jama'ah ngaji Lelaku, Lawang change religious beliefs, (3) how the change process Boarding students confidence Itikaf Jama'ah ngaji Lelaku, Lawang, (4) how the understanding of Islamic values Boarding students Itikaf Jama'ah ngaji Lelaku, Lawang. The research method used was a single case study method (single case study) in the qualitative research paradigm. The data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis done using descriptive analysis, ie using words to menggambarakan what the objectives of this research.
