		abstract={Regional autonomy is an effort to empower local decision-making in areas related to the management of its resources in accordance with the interests, priorities, and the potential of the area. With the granting of regional autonomy and the county town, good financial management is required to manage the decentralized funds in a transparent, economical, efficient, effective, and accountable. Some priority improvements in financial management is important, especially in the aspects of the budget, accounting and inspection. In line with the implementation of regional autonomy, local financial management systems that either focused on managing funds decentralized system with transparent, efficient, effective, and accountable to the public. Bojonegoro District is one district that interesting to study, because it has a good economic development and has a lot of potential that can be extracted for local revenue sources.
The purpose of this research is to describe the financial performance of government Bojonegoro in terms of the ratio of the area of financial independence, effectiveness ratio of PAD, regional financial efficiency, the ratio of harmony, growth rate and the ratio of the proportion of the budget.
This study is a descriptive study. The data that used by researchers is secondary data, the Revenue and Expenditure (Budget) Bojonegoro fiscal year 2007-2011. Data collection techniques used in this study is documentation. Analysis data that used are : (1) the ratio of the area of financial independence, (2) the ratio of the effectiveness of PAD, (3) regional financial efficiency, (4) the ratio of harmony, (5) the ratio of growth.
From the results of this study concluded that the government's financial performance for Fiscal Year 2007-2011 Bojonegoro said to be good, judging from year to year always increase. However, Bojonegoro still can not say do own autonomy, given its dependence on external parties are still hig}
