This method is used because more comprehensive than other methods. While other methods focus only on financial matter, balanced scorecard also involves non-financial matter. The conclusion of the research is that value for money method, comprising economic ratio, effectiveness ratio, and efficiency ratio is fair to be implemented. Meanwhile, customers, internal business process, and learning process and growth achieve a good grade. Because balanced scorecard can give a holistic view and more well-regulated, it can be implemented in Kepanjen Kanjuruhan Public Hospital.} }
