		abstract={The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Effect of Intellectual Capital (IC) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value.
The sample of this study is the social responsibility disclosure and the disclosure of intellectual capital in the mining sector in 2011 and 2012 by using purposive sampling method. There are 20 companies that meet the criteria for the study sample. The method of analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the disclosure of Intellectual Capital (IC) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) effect on firm value. Conclusion Based on this study was SPSS test results proved statistically known that CSR and IC together have an influence on the value of the company.}
