According to factor analysis, there are four factors become employee work satisfaction. First factor included transportation availability, discipline in monitoring and health assurance availability. Second factor related with: training, challenged work, relations with superior and salary system. Third factor of employee work satisfaction related with: work assurance until retiring and monitoring technique done. Fourth factor related with work difficulty level, atmosphere condition and lighting and room layout. Dominant factors related with transportation facility availability, discipline in monitoring, and health assurance availability. Suggestion we conclude is, it is expected for management to give support to employees in company, by giving facilities related with employee work satisfaction guarantee. Management is expected to give freedom to employee to develop potential they had, by giving freedom guarantee in running their activity as procedure stated.} }
